VSAesthetics is a clinic in Leytonstone, East London, doing something a little unusual – beauty and dental treatments under the same roof. Locally, they were already well-regarded. The funny thing? They didn’t really have a proper website. Just scattered bits of info here and there, which meant anyone searching online probably missed them completely.
How It All Started
The Challenge
It wasn’t just about developing a website that looked decent. Anyone can throw up a site. The real challenge was making Google pay attention to a brand-new name, with zero authority, and getting it in front of people in Essex who were actually searching for the service. We knew that if the site loaded fast, had Essex-specific content, and was technically solid, we stood a chance of breaking through. But it was going to take time.
The Main Pain Point
What We Actually Did
We handled everything, start to finish. Domain, hosting, design, content, the lot. The site was built in WordPress but not left in its raw, cluttered state. We stripped back the dashboard so the clinic owner only saw what she actually needed – text fields, images, menus she could manage herself. Nothing else.
On the outside, we kept it sharp and modern. Simple navigation so visitors could move easily between dental and beauty. Strong visuals to do most of the talking. And a few smart touches: Google reCAPTCHA to cut down on spam enquiries, and a very visible “Deposit & Cancellation Policy” button to reduce those painful no-shows that cost clinics both time and money.
