It’s always good to give a bit of background about each client. All of our clients are different; therefore, their needs will also be different.
Eva Your PA is a personal assistant company founded by Eva, who has over ten years of experience working with high-end clients in prestigious areas such as Westminster and Canary Wharf and internationally in places like Monaco, Cannes, and Miami.
The primary services offered by the client can be adapted to meet their needs. The main tasks are managing emails, calls, diaries, booking travel and social events, and sorting out household tasks like bills and insurance.
Web Design Goals for EvaYourPA
When Eva came to us, we sat down and listened to her needs, as the most important part was getting the details from the client.
She aimed to have a custom website design that quickly told clients exactly what she did without them thinking about her services. Since Eva’s clients always want the best, her website had to reflect that.
Simple, Clean Design Approach
The goal was to make the site simple without anything cluttering it up. Think of it as the Ronseal advert from the 90s “does exactly what it says on the tin,” and that’s what we wanted to get across on Eva’s web design.
We started by designing a simple one-page website that was easy to navigate.
This was the best way to design the website as it needed to display the services listed, a section about Eva and her background, and a pricing table.
Responsive Web Design for All Devices
It was then essential to ensure the site worked well on all devices. Since most websites are viewed on mobile phones, we focused on ensuring it worked perfectly on Android and Apple phones. Its fluid design can fit any screen size.
Improving Website Security
After that, we looked at making the site secure. Eva had previously received a lot of spam submissions through the contact form on her old website.
To help with this, we added Google reCAPTCHA. This helped prevent spam submissions, meaning that when she got an email, it was usually from a new client after her services.
Easy-to-Update Website Design
Another important aspect was allowing Eva to update her site in the future. We set up a content management system (WordPress) and gave Eva the option to make amends to the website herself. However, we are always on hand if she ever needs help updating it.
Project Overview
Eva created her new website to help improve her image online. She’s already received great feedback from several of her existing clients and has also gained some new clients. The spam she receives in her email has also stopped.
